As we reported last week, the Biden Administration announced a new campaign to target Americans who have not yet taken any of the of the experimental, non-FDA approved COVID-19 shots.

This campaign includes “going door to door.”

Since this announcement last week, there has been a lot of information published as to just what this means, in both the alternative media, as well as the corporate media.

As can be expected, the issue has been politicized, so what this actually means when you read things in the corporate media will depend on if that media outlet’s reporting tends towards the left, or towards the right.

Let’s start with what the Biden Administration has actually said in public.

Facing a nationwide backlash after it was announced that the government was going to be going door-to-door in neighborhoods with “low COVID-19 vaccination rates,” which seemed to suggest that the government was keeping a database of those who are vaccinated and those who are not with the COVID-19 shots, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra originally buckled down and stated on CNN:

“Perhaps we should point out that the federal government has had to spend trillions of dollars to try to keep Americans alive during this pandemic, so it is absolutely the government’s business. It is taxpayers’ business if we have to continue to spend money to try to keep people from contracting COVID and helping reopen the economy,” Becerra told CNN on Thursday.

Becerra claimed that “knocking on a door has never been against the law” and “you don’t have to answer, but we hope you do.” He added, “Because if you haven’t been vaccinated, we can help dispel some of those rumors you’ve heard and hopefully get you vaccinated.” (Source: The Epoch Times)

This, of course, did nothing to cool down angry Americans about the prospect of federal agents coming to their door and asking about their vaccination status, so the backlash actually seemed to be stepped up a notch after this CNN interview, prompting him to Tweet:

Some comments I made today are being taken wildly out of context. To be clear: government has no database tracking who is vaccinated. We’re encouraging people to step up to protect themselves, others by getting vaccinated. It’s the best way to save lives and end this pandemic.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki also seemed to be trying to contain the fallout from the “door-to-door” announcement and addressed the issue in a Press Conference last week. Business Insider reported:

White House press secretary Jen Psaki on Tuesday made clear that the federal government will not require Americans to carry proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status in order to travel and generally attend events.

“The government is not now nor will we be supporting a system that requires Americans to carry a credential,” Psaki told reporters during a news conference.

“There will be no federal vaccinations database, and no federal mandate requiring everyone to obtain a single vaccination credential.”

That was on April 6th. On April 7th, Psaki was apparently still dealing with the issue as Yahoo News reported:

The White House Wednesday sought to clarify its new door-to-door coronavirus vaccine push amid fresh criticism from the right that the home visit approach is government overreach.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki stressed Wednesday that no one from the federal government will be showing up at Americans’ doors mandating coronavirus vaccinations.

Rather, the personal visits President Biden announced Tuesday are designed to share information on vaccinations as the White House aims to still reach its Fourth of July goal of having 70% of the adult population jabbed.

Politicizing the issue, the Republican Right reacted very quickly, almost as if on script.

U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, a Republican Senator from Texas, immediately introduced a bill that would “prohibit the federal government from creating and maintaining a federal database of every American who has received COVID-19 vaccines.” (Source.)

Some State Governors from Red States came out right away and opposed the “door-to-door” initiative.

South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster published a letter that he sent to the State Board of Health opposing the effort. Here is a copy of the letter:

Other Red State Governors have made similar statements, so expect more public statements like this in the coming week, as it riles up their voter base.

However, this is only a letter stating his personal opinion, and is not an executive order, so I would not put too much faith that this letter is going to accomplish anything substantive.

As we have previously reported here at Health Impact News, while many of these Red State Governors have opposed things like “COVID-19 Vaccination Passports,” they have done nothing to actually STOP the shots from being administered, especially to minors who in many locations can now choose to receive a COVID-19 injection without their parents’ knowledge or approval. What You Need to Know: States and Local Health Departments Set Vaccine Policies

At the end of the day, whatever comes out of the mouths of the cronies in Washington D.C. actually has very little to do with what will affect people at the local level.

This is the reason why former President Trump, and now the Biden Administration, has made it look like they oppose “mandatory vaccinations” and “vaccine passports,” because they know full well that those policies will be formed in each State, and implemented at the local level.

To date, there is not a single national vaccine law on the books at all. All of the laws regulating and mandating vaccine laws are at the State level.

What the Federal Government can do, is throw a lot of money to the States and tell them: “This is what we want you to do.”

This is strong motivation at the local level to try and comply with what the Federal Government wants them to do, so they can cash in on the federal funds to implement it.

That is why I think the Governor of South Carolina stopped short of issuing an executive order to stop door-to-door campaigns, and simply wrote a letter that has no legal bite to it whatsoever.

He, and other State Republican Governors, will no doubt try to dance around the issue and try to appease their voter base while still cashing in on the federal funds allocated for this initiative.

So what is happening at the local levels?

ZeroHedge News is reporting today on a letter from Lake County Illinois that targets the volunteers that will allegedly be going door to door to talk to people about the COVID-19 shots.

In preparation for the coming campaign, Lake County, Illinois has published ‘Helpful Hints’ for volunteers taking part in their “Community Health Ambassador Outreach Door Knocking Project to Increase COVID Vaccine Acceptance.”

The ‘Helpful Hints!’ include:

  • If you’re nervous, that’s ok! We all still get nervous, even if we’ve done this before.
  • You don’t need to have all the answers. If you are unsure of an answer, be honest. Tell the person asking that you are a volunteer, and you will take down their question so that a health department staff person can get them the correct answer.
  • Inform, don’t convince. Your job is to equip the person at the door with the information/resources they need to make an informed decision about their health. You are not trying to convince anyone to do something they don’t want to do.
  • Ignore no soliciting signs. You’re not soliciting! You’re offering critical information and resources. What you are doing is not illegal.
  • Knock and then back up [zh: so you don’t get shot?]. Follow COVID-19 distancing protocols and speak clearly. If someone is uncomfortable with you being there in person, offer to give them more distance or leave them a flyer.
    • Report on your work! Be sure to fill out the Doorknocking Spreadsheet with the counts of who still needs a vaccine, who is already vaccinated, who needs more info, etc. This is important information that the Health Department is relying on!
    • Use your script. This will give you the basics. Once you get comfortable with it, feel free to make it sound more like you as long as all the key information is there. Make clear up front that the building has let you in and you’re from the health department.
Perhaps most importantly, volunteers are told to keep a list of who’s been naughty or nice.
  • The door knockers are then given various scenarios in an attached script. For example:

PM (property manager) /CAM (community association manager): We don’t allow solicitation on our property.

CHM (community health ambassador): I understand but I am not selling anything, we want to provide accurate information to the seniors in your community. Our goal is to maximize the vaccination effort so that ALL of your seniors receive the COVID vaccine when the clinic comes on-site. All I want is to see your seniors protected against COVID.

    And…

Senior: I’ve had allergic reactions to medications and foods years ago, is this vaccine safe for me?

CHAThe only true contraindication to this vaccine is a severe (anaphylactic) reaction to an injectable/vaccine in your past [ZH: *coughwhat?]. Or an allergy to an ingredient in the vaccine, like polysorbate. After your vaccination, they will observe you for 15 minutes to be sure you’re doing well. With a history of other allergic reactions, they may want to watch you for a total of 30 minutes, instead of the standard 15 minutes, just to be sure you’re feeling ok. But if you have any question about your past allergies and vaccine compatibility, you should ask your doctor/healthcare provider.

    Full article.

So that’s what one county in Illinois is planning, and this is where the actual policies and procedures will be spelled out, at the County level in each state, usually with the Health Department. Expect the State Governor’s offices to also issue guidelines this week.

Refuse to Play Their Game

Unfortunately, at least in my opinion, some in the alternative media are stating that federal law enforcement forces will now start going door-to-door forcing people who are not yet vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 shots to be forcibly injected at gun point right in their homes.

I see no evidence at all for this happening, at least not this week.

Just look at the public outcry the politicizing of this announcement has already created last week. Americans are divided on this issue, and any effort to start forcing Americans to be injected in their homes at gunpoint, would need to first deal with the millions upon millions of gun owners who believe in the 2nd Amendment before any such effort was made.

Also, these shots are still not approved by the FDA, and without their approval first, there is no legal basis to force anyone to receive these shots by a government agent (employer mandates are a separate issue.)

This is what is called a “trial balloon.” The government is throwing this out there as a “trial” to see just how much the American public will tolerate in terms of government intervention.

Let them know that you will not tolerate it at all!

The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution protects you from unlawful searches and seizures in your home.

So here is my advice for what you should be prepared to do NOW, this week, if people come to your door to talk to you about the COVID-19 shots.

This advice is based on my years of experience in my working with attorneys all across the U.S. regarding the over-reach of local government agencies such as Child Protective Services who routinely come to people’s homes with the express purpose of looking for a reason to medically kidnap their children.

Most of those legal issues apply to this situation as well, regarding government agents coming to your home to discuss COVID-19 “vaccines.”

First, whether you are a renter or homeowner, the government has no right to enter your property without a warrant signed by a local judge. Absent that warrant, if you don’t want them there, they are trespassing.

And this includes any law enforcement agents. If they cannot produce a warrant signed by a judge, not only are they trespassing, if they are openly carrying a firearm (as most do), they are presenting a threat to you and your family.

Treat them as your enemy, not as your friend. Ask them to leave immediately.

Secondly, you are under no legal obligation to answer any questions – period! You have a 5th Amendment right to remain silent, and if that applies to criminals who are arrested based on an arrest warrant, how much more does that apply to you as a private citizen on your own property where you have not even been accused of a crime?

Do NOT answer any questions! Ask them to leave immediately. Put up as many “No Trespassing” signs as possible on your property, like the one I put as the featured image in this article.

No matter what they say to you, or ask you, the only words that should come out of your mouth should be: “You need to leave now. You are trespassing on private property.”

Third, RECORD EVERYTHING! The best way to record is to have a hidden camera pointed at your door, and then to also hold up a cell phone camera right in front of their face to let them know you are recording.

If they rip the cell phone out of your hand, hopefully you have a second camera somewhere also recording that. If you do, take that recording to your local District Attorney and ask them to press charges. Then send it to us also, and we will publish it to our international audience.

Expect FALSE FLAG events! To merely question the safety or efficacy of these injections is to be labeled a “domestic terrorist.” You can be sure that if these volunteers that are sent out door-to-door are not successful, that they will soon move on to the next stage of their plan, and at some point they are going to stage an event where some “domestic terrorists” allegedly decide to start killing people who are just “trying to do their jobs” and “provide a safe community” by “getting everyone vaccinated.”

Do your best to record everything that happens when unwelcome visitors decide to violate your 4th Amendment rights by coming on your property to discuss COVID-19 “vaccines” that you have no intention of discussing.

Also feel free to send those recordings to us here at Health Impact News, and if possible, we will publish them as a service to the public.

Fourth, pray. God has legions of angels at his disposal to dispatch to help his children in times of trouble. This should actually be the #1 thing you do before anyone even shows up.
