The European Union database of suspected drug reaction reports is EudraVigilance, and they are now reporting 26,041 fatalities, and 2,448,362 injuries, following COVID-19 injections.
A Health Impact News subscriber from Europe reminded us that this database maintained at EudraVigilance is only for countries in Europe who are part of the European Union (EU), which comprises 27 countries.
The total number of countries in Europe is much higher, almost twice as many, numbering around 50. (There are some differences of opinion as to which countries are technically part of Europe.)
So as high as these numbers are, they do NOT reflect all of Europe. The actual number in Europe who are reported dead or injured following COVID-19 shots would be much higher than what we are reporting here.
The EudraVigilance database reports that through September 25, 2021 there are 26,041 deaths and 2,448,362 injuries reported following injections of four experimental COVID-19 shots:
- COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE MODERNA (CX-024414)
- COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE PFIZER-BIONTECH
- COVID-19 VACCINE ASTRAZENECA (CHADOX1 NCOV-19)
- COVID-19 VACCINE JANSSEN (AD26.COV2.S)
From the total of injuries recorded, almost half of them (1,176,130) are serious injuries.
“Seriousness provides information on the suspected undesirable effect; it can be classified as ‘serious’ if it corresponds to a medical occurrence that results in death, is life-threatening, requires inpatient hospitalisation, results in another medically important condition, or prolongation of existing hospitalisation, results in persistent or significant disability or incapacity, or is a congenital anomaly/birth defect.”
A Health Impact News subscriber in Europe ran the reports for each of the four COVID-19 shots we are including here. It is a lot of work to tabulate each reaction with injuries and fatalities, since there is no place on the EudraVigilance system we have found that tabulates all the results.
Since we have started publishing this, others from Europe have also calculated the numbers and confirmed the totals.*

Slovenia Suspends Janssen (J&J) COVID-19 Vaccine After The Death Of 20-Year-Old
LJUBLJANA, SLOVENIA – The Slovenian government has suspended the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine after the death of a 20-year-old student. Katja Jagodic, who was vaccinated because it’s mandated for universities, received her shot on Thursday, September 16th. She suffered several health problems shortly afterwards. She was hospitalized on Monday, September 27th at the University Clinical Center (UKC) in Ljubljana. Her symptoms were so severe that immediate medical attention was required. She died today in the early morning.
Igor Rigler, head of the emergency neurology department at the University Clinical Center said, “she fell ill with a very serious condition. At the same time, she had blood clots and low platelet counts.
This caused blood clots and bleeding in her brain. We have done everything that modern medicine can do in such conditions. We consulted all the experts involved in this field at UKC: vascular specialists, hematologists, nephrologists, neurologists. We approached the treatment aggressively, but unfortunately we could not help her.”
Slovenian Minister of Health Janez Poklukar ordered the suspension of the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine after the news.
The father of the deceased 20-year-old was present at a protest today against the ‘COVID-pass‘. The participants of the rally dedicated a minute of silence before he said:
“She wanted to have freedom, just like everyone else here. On September 16th, she went to get vaccinated with Janssen so that she wouldn’t be limited by nonsense. She is no more today. She was 20 years old.”
He continued,
“when you get to the vaccination site, no one warns you of possible complications. No one warns that vaccination with the Janssen vaccine is not recommended for people under 40. There are only numbers. There is only talk of percentages. My Katja was not a percentage. She was my Katja,” the emotional father said.
After the speeches, the crowd moved towards the Presidential Palace and continued their journey through the streets of Ljubljana. The protesters, who are against the mandatory COVID-pass in order to work, access a gas station or a shopping center, eventually blocked a highway. Police were sent to the area with water cannons to fight to protesters.

Yassine: 13-Year-Old Boy Loses Eyesight 10 Days After Receiving The Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine, Mother Seeks Answers
FRANCE – A young boy has lost his eyesight 10 days after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Yassine, 13-years-old, got his shot on July 17th, one month after France opened vaccination for minors over 12 on June 15th. A few days after his injection, vision problems started. His eyesight became blurry until he couldn’t see at all after 10 days. Yassine’s case is the first case reported in France of a minor having strong reduction in vision after COVID-19 vaccination.
“I was asleep, I then woke up, I couldn’t see, it was blurry,” Yassine said while being filmed for the documentary ‘Children of Freedom’. “Right after the vaccine, he couldn’t see anything. There are no other causes for me than the vaccine,” his mother says.
According to specialists, Yassine is suffering from corneal thrombosis linked to the Pfizer-BioNTech COVD-19 vaccine.
The case of Yassine was reported to the official French pharmacovigilance as followed:
“Vaccinated in mid-July with the Comirnaty vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech), a little over a month before his thirteenth birthday, the patient presented, ten days later, a significant decline in visual acuity. He was then taken care of in an AP-HP establishment. The pharmacovigilance report, sent five days later, establishes that this young patient suffers from acute retinitis (inflammation of the retina).”

Sofia Benharira: 17-Year-Old Student Dies 7 Days After Receiving The Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine, Family Seeks Answers
AIX-EN-PROVENCE, FRANCE – A young woman has passed away 7 days after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Sofia Benharira, a student at Valabre Gardanne Lycée (high school), got her shot on September 14th. She had several symptoms shortly afterwards. The student suffered severe discomfort on September 20th while at school and was taken to hospital. She died one day later on September 21st as a result of thrombosis. Her family is now seeking answers for the sudden death of the healthy girl.
Sofia’s motivation to get the COVID-19 shot was so that she could participate in activities which are restricted in France for those who are not vaccinated. After her injection on September 14th, she suffered multiple health problems.
On September 20th, while being at school, Sofia had such intense discomfort that she was taken to hospital. She suffered a heart attack in the early morning of Tuesday, September 21st. She died at 06:00 at the General Hospital of Aix-en-Provence.

19-Year-Old Ukrainian Student Gets Pfizer Vaccine Behind his Family’s Back, Dies Seven Hours Later

A 19-year-old philology student died post-vaccination after he defied his family’s philosophical and religious objections to the Covid-19 vaccine.
Volodymyr Salo, also spelled “Vladimir” in some accounts, received his first dose of the Pfizer vaccine on September 13th at around 2:30pm local time, according to the Ukrainian Humanities Institute.
Salo was a student there where he studied philology. Following the vaccine, he went about his day as normal: He ate dinner in the student cafeteria at 6:30pm and later played board games with his fellow students in the commons area. However, his health quickly deteriorated from there.
At around 8pm, Salo began suffering from a high fever and general malaise, where he then collapsed and had a seizure at 8:15pm, suffering from violent convulsions. Whilst they waited for the ambulance to arrive, university medical staff performed CPR. When paramedics arrived at 8:45pm, they applied a portable ventilator for an hour in an attempt to save Salo’s life, but he, unfortunately, had no pulse by 9pm.
Salo was pronounced dead shortly after.
Salo was raised in a Christian household and was a member of a Seventh-Day Adventists church. This Protestant denomination recognises Saturday as the Sabbath instead of Sunday. Salo’s entire family was strongly against mRNA and viral vector DNA injections.
His brother-in-law told Ukrainian online publication Obozrevatel:
“He did not tell anyone from his family about the decision to be vaccinated. Perhaps he knew that everyone would be against [it] and would discourage such a decision. And he was so risky by nature, he could make spontaneous decisions.
“He could be very limited in his desires. They say that those who were not vaccinated will not be able to travel freely, go to cafes, etc. We think that this is what prompted him.”

Elias Georgakopoulos: Healthy 15-Year-Old Boy Dies 3 Days After Receiving The Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine, Brother Speaks Out
ARCARDIA, GREECE – A 15-year-old boy has died 3 days after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Elias Georgakopoulos got his shot on September 10th. He was found lifeless in his room 3 days later on Monday, September 13th. He was transported to Pan Arcadian General Hospital and despite ‘superhuman efforts’ of doctors to bring him back, it didn’t succeed. The family is seeking answers for the sudden death of the healthy boy.
His brother, 31-year-old Nikos Georgakopoulos said: “My little brother was a very strong child, he never complained about anything. There were talking in his school about the vaccine. So on Friday, he went to get his shot at a vaccination center in Tripoli. He came home and was fine,” an emotional Nikos told reporters at the funeral.
“He only said that he had a bit of pain in his arm when he touched it. On Sunday, he played and packed his bag for school on Monday. He even took a rapid test that day and tested negative. He went to sleep. In the morning, my sister went to wake him up for school but he was dead in his bed. He died from a side effect of the vaccine but they will hide it. We will move in every direction until we have answers.”

Nikos continued,
“it’s a pity that a child who was loved by the whole village has left. He helped everyone, he ran wherever they asked him. He didn’t hurt anyone. He had no health problems. I went to the police station with my father and cousin to testify about the situation and they told us not to mention the vaccine. I don’t know why they said that. Everyone in the village knew he had the vaccine. There was nothing to hide.”
Greek health minister Thanos Plevris stated that the “forensic investigation is in progress and that they’re now waiting for the results of the examination” on Elias’ death.

Majda El Azrak: 14-Year-Old Who Went Into A Coma Two Days After Receiving Her Second Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Has Died
RUFANNO, ITALY – A 14-year-old girl has died 1 month after receiving her second Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. Majda El Azrak got her second shot on August 17th. She had a severe headache the next day and was hospitalized on August 19th. She slipped into a comatose state several hours later. The young girl of Moroccan origins died on September 13th. The doctors who administered the vaccine are under investigation.
Majda received her first dose of the Pfizer vaccine on July 22nd and her second dose on August 17th. The following day, on August 18th, she suffered a severe headache and swelling in one eye that made it necessary to be hospitalized. After a few hours she fell into a comatose state at Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bari. She died after 26 days in the intensive care unit.
Her parents, assisted by criminal lawyer Pasquale Scorrano, have filed charges against the doctors who administered the vaccine. “The family has every right to know what happened,” Pasquale said. Prosecutor Donatina Buffelli has ordered an autopsy to acquire all the necessary information to carry out a thorough investigation and establish a confirmed diagnosis.
